| | Whenever I open Mushclient, all the default worlds that open always have the command box resized all the way down. Being obsessive compulsive about things like this, I hate it so much and I have to resize all of them to the same exact size. Why must it do this?! |

| | It is supposed to remember the command box size. You shouldn't have to do it, however if you do, it is an obscure bug. |

| | Are you saving the world at exit? If not the changes will be forgotten and youll have to reset the windows evry time you open the world. |

| This is a bug I reported before. It only happens when you have more than one world open when you close the client. If you then start the client again, the last size of the input window for all worlds ends up returning to the default size. This happens to 'any' world that is set to automatically load, even if the client only autoloads one world.
Example:
Autoopen = Ages.mcl
Situation one>
1. Open worlds - Test.mcl and Ages.mcl
2. Change input window sizes.
2. Close client (save both worlds, but it won't matter).
3. Reopen client and oops! the input windows are now at the default size.
Situation two>
1. Open worlds - Test.mcl and Ages.mcl
2. Change input window sizes.
3. Close Test.mcl (save if you want, but who cares).
4. Close client and have it save Ages.mcl.
5. Reopen client and input window is as you set it.
Situation three>
1. Open only Ages.mcl and change the input window size.
2. Close client and let it save Ages.mcl.
3. Reopen client and input window is as you set it.
This bug has been around for a while now and can be real annoying if you use an input window that is stretched to allow for multiple lines.

| This problem has started occuring for me (on Windows XP Home) all of a sudden, although it doesn't affect all the worlds (I have 7 in my startup list) and it doesn't affect the same worlds each time. Saving the worlds before closing MUSHclient hasn't helped, some of them still come up with the minimum size on the input window.
Edited to add: And yes, I always have my worlds and my mushclient window maximized. | | Top |
