"Japanese Blocks"

A patchwork quilt by Helen Gammon, made in 2008

I made this quilt from a block I adapted from a Material Obsession quilt pattern published in the Australian Womens Weekly, published June 2008.

I had plenty of Japanese fabric left over from the Japanese Garden quilt I made earlier and it suited this block perfectly.

Machine pieced. Machine pieced by Carra Mallee Quilting.
